All iNGEN MD research compounds ship from our California facility. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Ground — $7.25 ($5.95 within California). Typically 2–5 business days.
- 2-Day Shipping — $25. Delivery within 2 business days.
- Overnight Shipping — $45. Next-business-day delivery.
- Free Standard Ground on all U.S. orders over $200.
Delivery windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed once a package leaves our facility.
International Shipping (Mexico)
We currently ship to Mexico via Standard Ground for a flat $20. International delivery times vary and may be affected by customs processing. The recipient is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Packaging & Product Stability
All compounds ship lyophilized (freeze-dried). Lyophilization removes water and gives the material strong stability at ambient temperature during transit, so standard shipping is appropriate for the product. Orders are packed in discreet, protective packaging. Upon arrival, store compounds per the guidance on each product page (typically refrigerated or frozen for long-term storage).
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
- A signature may be required on higher-value orders.
- If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Restricted Locations
Due to regulatory requirements, we ship only to destinations where the sale of research compounds is permitted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that these materials may be lawfully received at their location.
