Orders, Acceptance & Pricing
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse or a violation of these Terms. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but are not liable for typographical errors; if an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Payment
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are processed for shipment once payment is confirmed.

Where an order is cancelled, any amount collected for that order will be refunded.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any product shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered in the State of California, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and iNGEN MD agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to iNGEN MD at support@ingenmd.shop within 30 days of your first order.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Research Use Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and iNGEN MD regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
